Research on the Method of Quality Monitoring and Measurement for theAircraft Project Design and Development Process

Aircraft project development is an extremely complex system engineering, in which thedesign process is one of the key processes. The quality of the design process is the source of aircraftproject quality. The designers and quality management personnel have been devoted to research onthe process monitoring and measurement of the proiect design and improvement of the ability andquality of design process. Taking the process quality of aircraft project design and development as theresearch object, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the process of aircraft project de.sign ,studies how to improve the capability of aircraft projectdesign process ,gives the basic approachto improve the capability of design process .andthe method of process monitoring andmeasurement and relevant activities. Also , taking the input, output and review process of design asexample , the emphasis of process monitoring and measurement activities and the checking form sam-ples are provided.
