摘    要:根据民用飞机结构维修大纲的组成和抽样检查工作的特点,文中针对结构偶然损伤、环境退化和疲劳损伤3种损伤形式的损伤发展特征进行分析,定义了抽样检查方案适用的具体范围.在此基础上,对抽样检查方案全过程确定技术进行研究,给出了环境退化和疲劳损伤抽样检查任务的分析方法、机队抽样飞机的选择方法,及民机运营过程中抽样检查方案的执行原...

Abstract:According to the composition of civil aircraft structure maintenance program and the char-acteristics of sampling inspection, this paper analyzed the damage development characteristics ofstructural accidental damage , environmental deterioration and fatigue damage , and defines the specificscope of sampling inspection program. On this basis, the technology for determining the wholeprocess of the sampling inspection program was researched, and the analysis method of environmentaldegradation and fatigue damage sampling inspection tasks ,the selection method of the sampled air.craft in fleet , and the implementation principle of the sampling inspection program during the aircraftoperation were given ; At last ,''Through direct maintenance cost estimation ,the advantage of samplinginspection program in maintenance cost is determined.
