| Abstract: | According to the composition of civil aircraft structure maintenance program and the char-acteristics of sampling inspection, this paper analyzed the damage development characteristics ofstructural accidental damage , environmental deterioration and fatigue damage , and defines the specificscope of sampling inspection program. On this basis, the technology for determining the wholeprocess of the sampling inspection program was researched, and the analysis method of environmentaldegradation and fatigue damage sampling inspection tasks ,the selection method of the sampled air.craft in fleet , and the implementation principle of the sampling inspection program during the aircraftoperation were given ; At last ,''Through direct maintenance cost estimation ,the advantage of samplinginspection program in maintenance cost is determined. |
