Abstract:Advanced fighters put forward urgent demand of light weight ,long life , high-accuracy ,etcfor the body structure , which leads the configuration of the body structure to develop towards the in.novation direction of large-scale integration , precision. These innovative structural configurations dif.ferent from traditional structure bring new challenges to structural design , manufacturing and assessment. This paper describes the technical advantages ,design ideas,calculation analysis and evaluationmethods of laser welded large integral panel ,and the technical benefits obtained from this innovativedesign. These studies have laid a good technical foundation for the application of large integral panelof future fighters.
