| 摘 要： | 介绍一种基于单片机控制的超声驱动电火花加工伺服系统。阐述了其控制的基本原理，驱动脉冲产生的方法，并成功地进行了加工实验。该系统较传统的微机控制系统体积小，成本低，为进行超声驱动的群控提供了一种简便的方法。
