延伸喷管延展撞击动力学分析

摘    要:运用MARC软件对某发动机延伸喷管进行了非线性瞬态动力学分析,得到出口锥与延伸锥延伸过程仅经受撞击力作用下的变形及应力随时间的变化情况。对接合部位的密封圈进行了大变形处理,并在计算过程中对网格进行了重新划分。计算结果表明,该喷管出口锥与延伸锥结构是安全的,但考虑到材料性能的波动,安全余量较小,应从设计上保证产品的可靠性。该计算方法对延伸喷管的设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:The nonlinear dynamic analysis for the nozzle with extendible exit cone (NEEC) is described by using MARC software.The stress and strain of the exit cone(EC) and the extendible exit cone (EEC) along with time under the collision load during NEEC extending are successfully obtained. The seal deformation belongs to the large strain question and automatic remeshing is used in the dynamic analysis. According to the computed result ,the structure of NEEC is safe ,but its safety margin is small, so the safety of the product should also be ensured through the design.This paper is available for guidance to the design of NEEC.
