| Abstract: | In accordance with concrete practice of cold-rolled and twisted steel bars in the project,the essay introduced physical dynamic properties,processing and constructing,fastening process and external appearance,analyzing and illustrating its economic efficiency,the practice proved positive implication for the current energy saving. |
