复杂结构飞行器的飞行载荷建模方法研究

摘    要:复杂结构飞行器的传统飞行载荷建模方法存在误差大、效率低的问题。考虑电桥指标及载荷方程指标对载荷模型的综合影响,提出一种飞行载荷改进建模方法,以多梁多墙结构为例,基于某型机机翼地面载荷校准试验数据建立载荷模型,将改进方法与传统方法计算的弯矩及剪力进行对比,结合试飞数据对改进方法所得模型进行验证。结果表明:该飞行载荷改进建模方法适用于复杂结构飞行器载荷建模,处理地面试验数据时能够提升载荷模型的精度和迭代稳定度,所得载荷模型可以用于飞行载荷测量及安全监控。

Abstract:According to the current common methods of flight load modeling, based on the exhaustive method and genetic algorithm, the comprehensive influence of bridge index and load equation index on the load model is considered, and an optimized flight load modeling method is proposed for the complex structure aircraft (taking the multi-beam and multi-wall structure as an example), and the error comparison between the optimized method and the traditional method is carried out. This method can satisfy both simple and complex structure flight load modeling methods. The ground load calibration test data of an aircraft wing are used to establish the load equation, and the comparison with the traditional method proves that the shear equation established by the optimized method has higher accuracy and iterative stability, and the bending moment equation errors of the two methods are similar and meet the requirements. The results of applying this method to measure the flight load of each measurement profile of the wing show that the model obtained by this method is accurate and reliable, and can be used for flight load measurement and safety monitoring.
