摘    要: 根据超塑性力学的基本方程和帽形件的变形模式,导出了帽形件超塑性气胀成形的最佳压力-时间曲线方程和最小厚度的理论计算公式,并举出数字实例加以分析。

Abstract:This article attempts to analyze the forming of the hat-section stiffener in the SPF/DB process for an integrally stiffened structure. Based on the fundamental equations of superplastic mechanics and the deformation mode in superplastic bulging of sheet metal into hat-section, the equations to describe the optimal pressure-time relationship in this process and the formula to compute the minimal thickness in theory are derived. Finally, a numerical example is given and discussed.
