| 摘 要： | 对防静电系统中的接触电阻进行了分析，给出了接触电阻的理论模型，提出了减小接触电阻的具体措施。这些措施提高了防静电系统测试的准确度，对现场防静电设备ESD性能的测量具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The contact resistance of antistatic system is analyzed,and the theoretical model of contact resistance is presented,finally the measures of reducing contact resistance are proposed in detail.The measurement accuracy of antistatic system can been improved,and it is very significant for the ESD property test of antistatic epuipments. |
