预轧制变形对2091合金应力腐蚀敏感性的影响

摘    要:时效前对Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr(2091)合金进行冷轧和温轧关系,用慢应变速率拉伸试验研究了合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的应力腐蚀敏感生。结果表明,预轧制变形提高了合金的应力腐蚀抗力。冷轧受形量为20%以及温轧温度为180℃时,合金都具有最低的应力腐蚀敏感性。对合金应力腐蚀抗力与显微组织的关系进行了探讨。

Abstract:Stress corrosion cracking(SCC) susceptibility of (2091) Al-Li alloy in 3. 5% NaCl solution was studied by slow strain rate tensile est, under cold-rolling or warmrolling reduction prior to aging. Results have shown that rolling deformation prior to aging improve SCC resistance. Under cold-rolling (20% reduction) or warm-rolling at 180C, the SCC susceptibility of the alloy is the lowest. The correlation betweem SCC resistance and microstructure of the alloy was investigated.
