某数控车床公式曲线类零件编制加工程序的设计与实现

摘    要:随着社会的不断进步,公式曲线类零件越来越多的出现在机械工业、航空航海等领域,比如各种把手、子弹头等。在近几年的高校数控技能竞赛中,也逐渐出现公式曲线类的零件加工内容,比如椭圆、双曲线、抛物线、正弦曲线等。要想对这些公式曲线类零件进行数控加工,关键点是正确编制其加工程序。数控车床有直线插补和圆弧插补等简单线条的加工功能,但没有公式曲线类零件的插补指令,因此无法直接用某一插补指令直接加工出来。针对此种情况就编程方法提出一些观点。

Abstract:With the constant development of society,more and more formula curve parts like various knobs and bullets,appear in the field of machinery industry,aviation and navigation,etc. In recent years,something related to the machining of formula curve parts also appears in the Numerical Control Competition of colleges and universities,such as ellipse,hyperbola,parabola,sine curve,etc. To process the formula curve parts,the key point is to correctly process the machine procedure. Numerical control cannot be machined with some kind of interpolating directly,because it doesn't have the interpolation instruction,though it has the function of line interpolation and circular interpolation. This text presents some ideas about this kind of situation.
