摘    要:粘性量子流体动力学模型具有一定的实际意义和理论价值,是半导体研究中的重要组成部分.粘性量子流体动力学模型是由电子密度,电流密度所满足的两个守恒方程和Poisson方程所组成的.一维稳定状态的粘性量子流体动力学模型是我们的研究对象,研究目标是此模型在一定条件下的Zero-space-charge极限的存在性.

Abstract:The viscous quantum hydrodynamic model has higer value not only in theory research field but also in theory practicing,therefore,it is a very important part in semiconductor field.The viscous quantum hydrodynamic model is composed of two conservation equations with particle density,the current density and the Poisson equation.One space dimension steady-state viscous quantum hydrodynamic model is the object in this paper,the prupoes is the condition existence of Zero-space-charge.
