微信营销视角下旅游景区的服务创新

摘    要:构建了微信营销视角下游景区服务创新模型,分析微信对旅游景区服务创新的影响。从微信营销视角探讨景区面向游客、面向旅游景区管理部门两方面的服务创新,微信营销可以提升游客旅游体验和品质,为游客创造良好顾客感知价值,同时,促进景区管理效率的提高,降低景区的营销成本。

The Innovative Service Research of Scenic Spots in the Perspective of Wechat Marketing

Abstract:Based on the perspective of Wechat marketing,this paper builds a service innovation model of Wechat in tourist area,and analyses the influence of Wechat on the service innovation of tourist area. What's more,in the perspective of marketing,this thesis analyses the service innovation of tourist area in two aspects: customer sand the managing department of scenic area. The innovation aims at improving visitor's experience and quality of tourism,and creating more customer perceptive value. In the meanwhile,it not only can improve the efficiency of management,but also can reduce the marketing cost.
