脉冲发动机建压延迟时间的试验与理论研究

研究了姿控系统所用固体小脉冲发动机建压至平衡过程的延迟时间.试验发现,到达平衡压强的延迟时间在发动机工作时间中占较大比例,延迟时间随平衡压强的升高而变长.理论计算结果呈现与试验数据较一致的趋势,但延迟时间普遍偏低的原因是由于没有考虑在建立压强过程中新增自由容积的影响.从理论上分析了破膜压强的增大或初始自由容积的减小有利于缩短发动机的建压延迟时间,为改善该类型发动机延迟时间过长的问题提供了可行参考.并分析了在建压过程中冲量的释放规律,发现随设计平衡压强的升高,建压段释放的冲量逐渐增大,占总冲比例随之升高,等效冲量作用点从工作时间中点位置逐渐右移.

Experimental and theoretical study on delay time of pressurization in a pulsed solid rocket motor
