有机—无机层合玻璃的热应力分析

分析了膨胀系数相差一个数量级的两种透明材料的非对称层合结构在均匀变温下的热应力分布以及应力与材料参数、几何尺寸的关系。推导了含软胶夹层梁的热应力表达式。为无机与有机玻璃的复合结构作为飞机风挡的可行性分析提供理论基础。

Analysis on thermal stress of organic-inorganic glass laminate

Therm al stress distribution of unsym m etric lam inated structure com posed by the m aterials w ith greatdifference in expansion coefficient and under uniform tem perature variation w as analyzed. The relation betw een the stress and m aterialconstant as w ellas geom etric size w as determ ined. The analytical expression of therm alstress of the lam inated glass containing soft prepreg layer in m iddle w as derived. The study provides an investigation and theoretic basis for feasibility oforganic-inorganic glass lam inate as the w indshield ofaircraft.
