尺寸因素对轮盘低周疲劳寿命散度的影响

摘    要:本文以实际涡轮盘某些关键部位的几何形状为参考,用GH33A加工出不同R的圆弧形光滑试样和不同r的圆柱Ⅴ型缺口试样,在“岛津”试验机上,以试验温度650℃进行低周疲劳试验。模拟轮盘的实际载荷按控制载荷的方式进行。

Abstract:From mathematical statistics of test data has been drawn the following conclusion:the low cycle fatigue life of disks scatters due to their size difference.The cylic stress strain curve and the strain life relationship of a materical must consider requirements of the survival probability and believable degree when the low cycle fatigue life of a disk is estimated with the partial stress strain method.This paper also provides an approximate correction method for the preliminary estimation of the low cycle fatigue life of a disk.
