中国国际航空公司加入星空联盟的风险评价研究

主要分析中国国际航空股份有限公司（以下简称为国航）在与星空联盟合作时所面临的风险,并进行风险的识别和风险测评。利用环境分析法与流程图法识别出国航在与星空联盟合作时面临的风险。运用层次分析法、模糊综合评价法的相关知识,结合战略联盟的风险特征,确立核心指标体系并给出了各指标的权重,运用联盟风险模糊综合评价模型对国航参与星空联盟合作的风险进行计算评估。国航加入星空联盟的风险远远低于警戒值,并对国航加入联盟的关键性风险提出了相应的防范措施。进而归纳出航空联盟对中国航空公司产生的影响,以期对中国的民航事业做出贡献。

Risk Assessment on Air China Joining Star Alliance

The paper mainly analyzed the risk of the air china might face after it had joined star alliance,and identified and measured it.Additionally identified the risks faced by Air China after it became a member of Star Alliance by means of environmental analysis and flow chart method.It proposed fuzzy comprehensive assessment model through using the relevant knowledge of AHP.At the same time,figured out the weight of each indicator.It evaluated the risk degree about Air China cooperating with Star Alliance through the risk fuzzy comprehensive assessment model,and it is much lower than the warning line oof risk.Some preventive measures were provided and recommended to a certain degree of risk level for Air China.Therefore this paper was trying to research the Impact of Airline alliance to Civil Aviation of China,hoping that it can contribute to our civil aviation.
