应力松弛对球头密封结构漏率影响的分析

摘    要:在球头密封结构检漏过程中,漏率会随时间的变化而逐渐增大。文章为合理解释这一现象,首先给出了一个计算球头密封结构漏率的理论公式;其次,结合应力松弛模型给出了球头密封结构的漏率随时间的关系曲线。结果表明:初期,漏率随时间增长较快,随后增长越来越慢,最终趋于稳定。这一结论与实际检漏过程中的现象是一致的。

Abstract:A strange phenomenon that the leak rate of the orbicular seal joint is increased with time was discovered in the process of leak tests. To reasonably explain this phenomenon, a series of studies were carried out. First, a theoretical formula for the orbicular seal joint’s leak rate was derived. Then with the help of a stress relaxation model, the relationship between the leak rate and time was obtained. The results indicate that the leak rate on the orbicular seal joint is increased rapidly firstly, then slows down, and finally approaches a constant value. They agree with the phenomenon in the practical process of leak tests.
