| 摘 要： | 提出一种双极模式ＩＧＢＴ功率变换电路及直流调速系统，分析了ＰＷＭ可逆调速系统的组成和工作原理，探讨了集成ＰＷＭ控制器和模块驱动电路设计的有关问题，该系统已应用于２ｋＷ以上电动机的可逆调速运行。

| Abstract: | A bipolar IGBT power converter used in a DC drive system is described.And it analyses the circuitry and composition of the reversible PWM DC drive system.Some problems associated with integrated PWM controller and the module drive circuits are also discussed.The system has been put into operation.The power of DC motor is 2.2 kW. |
