| 摘 要： | 从资源共享视角,指出高校战略联盟是解决教育资源日显稀缺的一条重要途径。高校联盟过程中可以通过制定和实施资源共享发展战略,建立资源共享运行机制与相关制度,成立协调管理组织机构,建设网络共享环境等多种途径实现资源共享。
