航天器真空热试验用红外灯光谱分布研究

摘    要:对航天器真空热试验用红外灯的光谱分布进行研究。通过对红外灯电流 —电阻相关分析和数值拟合,建立了红外灯的功率计算模型和红外灯灯丝温度计算模型以及 红外灯石英玻璃管的温度计算模型;最终给出了红外灯在不同电流下光谱分布模型。采用S2 000光纤式光谱仪进行了红外灯光谱分布测试,结果表明红外灯光谱分布模型准确。研究成 果可以为采用黑片式热流计测量红外灯阵到达热流奠定基础。

Abstract:The spectral distribution of infrared lamp which used in thermal vacuum test of spacecraft is studied. By correlation analysis and data fitness of Current-Voltage relationship of infrared lamp, power Model for infrared lamp is established. Based on it, the filament temperature calculation model of infrared lamp is built, and the quartz glass tube temperature calculation model of infrared lamp is also built. Spectral pattern model of infrared lamp is established finally. Spectral pattern of infrared lamp is measured by applying the S2000 type of optical Fiber spectrometer, results show that Spectral Pattern model of Infrared Lamp is correct. The paper's result can lay a foundation for measuring of infrared lamp array arriving heat flux with adiabatic heat flux sensor.
