摘    要:基于利用小槽出口射流控制叶片吸力面尾缘分离气流的思想,为进一步研究开槽位置和槽道结构对叶栅性能的影响,设计了三种叶片开槽处理方案,用CFD方法对开槽前后的流场进行数值模拟分析.计算结果表明,小槽出口射流可以有效吹除叶片吸力面尾缘分离气流,控制和延缓附面层分离,从而增大了气流转折角,降低了总压损失,提高了叶栅流场稳定性,并且叶片开槽位置和槽道结构对叶栅性能也有较大的影响.

Abstract:Based on the thought that the jet flow from slot outlet can control separation of boundary layer on the suction surface,three kinds of blade slot treatments were designed.The CFD measure was used to analyze the effect of blade slot treatment on performance of cascade.The results indicate that jet flow from slot outlet can control separation of boundary layer on the suction surface,which can increase the turning angle and decrease the total pressure loss,and the performance of cascade can be improved a lot by effective slot position and structure,and the laws of effect of slot position and slot structure are summarized.
