舰空导弹贮存可靠性研究

摘    要:讨论了舰空导弹贮存可靠性在实现战备完好性和任务成功性中的重要作用。根据此类导弹的寿命剖面,给出了导弹贮存可靠性的主要工作内容和流程,用指数分布的寿命周期模型法计算导弹的贮存可靠性,并给出了计算公式。分析了影响该类导弹贮存可靠性的因素,介绍了导弹贮存可靠性和发射箱可靠性的设计准则,以及通过改善场地、温湿度和通风等环境条件提高贮存可靠性的技术途径。

Abstract:The important roles of the storage reliability for ship to air missile in implement of operational in good condition and mission success were discussed in this paper.According to the lifetime profile for the missile,the majority and flowchart of the storage reliability were presented.The equation to calculate the storage reliability using lifetime period model with exponential distribution was given.The design rule of reliability for missile's storage and launch tank,and the technology measures to improve the reliability by controling the environment conditions such as storage place,temperature,moisture and ventilation were also introduced.
