性能参数型航天器机构的可靠性试验评定方法

针对性能参数型航天器机构的工作特点以及试验测试手段的可行性,提出一种适用其可靠性评定的工程化方法。该方法对确定产品可靠性特征量的关键参数进行测量,并根据对产品工作情况的分析,确定与产品无故障工作情况相应的容许值范围。通过样本观测值利用数理统计方法计算产品的可靠性置信下限。算例表明,在精度满足工程计算要求的情况下,本方法可以相当简单地评定出产品的可靠性置信下限,满足航空航天类产品可靠性评定的工程需要。

Study on Test Method of Reliability Assessment Used for Performance Parameter-Measured Spacecraft Mechanism

Against the functional characteristic of performance parameter measured spacecraft mechanism and the feasibility of test methods,a practical method for assessing the reliability is proposed.The method is used to measure the key parameters to determine the reliability characteristics and the allowable value range corresponding to the trouble-free working conditions based on an analysis of the product performance.Using the observed sample values and mathematical statistics method,the lower confidence limit of product reliability can be evaluated.Examples indicate that the method in this paper is much simpler,easier to use,and can meet to the aerospace products’ reliability test requirements.
