多状态故障树分析

摘    要:通常故障树分析(FTA)只考虑底事件和顶事件的两状态(故障或成功)。实际工作中迫切需要考虑多种故障模式和不同故障程度(多状态)问题。本文首先讨论多元布尔逻辑,然后提出多状态故障树的不交型布尔代数分析法,最后介绍一个把统计相依事件化成多状态元件的故障树分析例子。

Abstract:Usually, only two states (failuse/success) of the bottom and top event are considered in FTA. But in the real world, the system and its components are capable of being in different failure modes and in a whole range of failure. Therefore, it necessary to develop the multi-state FTA approach. In this article, the multiple-valued logic is discussed, the disjaint Boolean algebraic method to analyze the fault tree with multi-state components is presented, and an example of FTA is introduced, in the later the statistically depedent events is replaced by a multi-state component.
