航空发动机燃烧室出口温度场稳定性的研究

摘    要:本文概述了航空发动机燃烧室出口温度场研究的重要性;简明介绍了出口温度分布的评定指标。就某机燃烧室的出口温度场数据,用统计分析方法进行了径向、周向、热区、温度分布系数的研究,得到温场的分布规律。研究表明:余气系数决定平均温度,火焰简进气规律影响沿叶高温度分布.局部扇面叶高分布有一定变化且与进气结构有关。

Abstract:The importance of studying the combustor exit temperature field in aeroengine is summarized in this paper. The evaluated index of the exit temperature distribution is also introduced briefly. By using some exit temperature field data of the combustor in developing engine, the radial?circumferential?region of high temperature?pattern factor are analyzed statistically, concluding the law of the temperature distribution. The results of analysis have indicated that excess air coefficient determines the average temperature, the air inlet rules of flame tube affect the temperature distribution along the blade height, and there are some changes in local sector temperature distribution, which is related to the inlet structure.
