摘    要:开展了脉管制冷机调相机理研究,从调相和调幅两方面出发,理论分析了各种形式脉管制冷机的调相特性,为探索其工作机理开辟了新途径。该方法很好地弥补了传统相位理论片面注重各种结构的调相功能而忽略其调幅功能的不足,更好地揭示了它们的作用机理.具有简单、直观的突出优点。进一步对其完善,该理论成果可用于脉管制冷机的定量设计和新结构的研发。

Abstract:Based on the fluid network theory, the phase shift mechanism of the pulse tube cooler is investigated. From the phase shift and amplitude adjustment of the flow impedance, the performance of the various pulse tube coolers is theoretically analyzed. By this way, the shortcoming of the traditional phase shift theory emphasized on phase shift capacity of the cooler is overcome while neglecting the amplitude adjustment capacity of the flow impedance, therefore the operation characteristics of the different structures are better understood. This method gives a new theoretical tool to predict and analyze the performance of the pulse tube cooler, and has advantages of simpleness and intuition. By the further perfection, this theoretical result can be used to quantitative design the pulse tube cooler and develope new structure.
