层次分析法在商用飞机供应商选择中的研究与实践

运用层次分析法对供应商选择问题进行定性和定量分析，阐述了层次分析法的基本原则和主要步骤，并以航空领域供应商选择为案列，从5个准则角度建立了供应商评价的数学模型，构建对比矩阵并计算，最终确定了最佳供应商。结果表明，在各类复杂因素的影响下，该方法能够为供应商选择提供借鉴，能够提高决策的准确性。

Research and Realization of Analytic Hierarchy Process in Supplier Selection for Commercial Aircrafts

The thesis applies Analytic Hierarchy Process on supplier selection qualitatively and quantitatively. The basic principle and major steps of Analytic Hierarchy Process were explained. Taking an example of the supplier selection in aviation field, the paper establishes the mathematics model and the supplier evaluation system. At last, the best suppliers were determined through calculating the comparison matrices. The result indicates that the method can provide reference for the following supplier selection , and improve the accuracy of the decision making during all kinds of complex factors.
