| 摘 要： | 介绍以ＶＸＩ和ＧＰＩＢ总线为主的国内外军用自动测试技术的最新进展情况。ＶＸＩ系统已在国外军用武器系统中普遍应用，国内军用部门也已纷纷开始起步，并在投入初步应用阶段。国外的ＧＰＩＢ系统已广泛推广ＩＥＥＥ４８８．２和ＳＣＰＩ，而国内正在兴起开发应用虚拟仪器图形软件的热潮。在当前的技术条件下，除非是机载系统，一般车载和舰载ＶＸＩ系统大多采用ＶＸＩ和ＧＰＩＢ的混合系统。国内武器系统的测试和故障检测已经几乎都采用了ＧＰＩＢ自动测试系统。

| Abstract: | Introduces new progress of military automatic test technique putting VXI and GPIB bus first at homr and abroad. VXI system is widely applied to military weapon system at foreign parts, and to military departments for the first time at home. IEEE 489.2and SCPI are extensively sprleaded in the GPIB system abroad. But virtual instrument graphic software is developping and applying in china. |
