| Abstract: | The test software of an automatic test system (ATS) is generally designed in the combined series form of a series of data acquisition, calculation, display (printing). However, its efficiency is relatively low. The paper introduces the parallel programming method for an ATS test software and discusses the program structure, Communication and Synchronization of the software. The system configuration of the ATS and the features of tested instrument and some particular requirements are also introduced. |
