| 摘 要： | 发展农村合作组织，可以增加组织化收益，提高农民收入。农村合作组织的收益不但表现在价格上，而且可以在规模经济中表现出来。通过对农村合作组织的经济博弈分析，我们发现，农村合作组织就是基于合作后能够给多方主体共同产生效益最大化，从而共同分享合作剩余，也为政府引导地方经济发展提供了有效的激励制度范式。农村合作组织的制度绩效主要体现在制度激励、克服“农户＋公司”模式弊端、实现小农经济与市场经济的有效对接以及降低交易费用等方面。
