航空发动机主轴疲劳寿命预测方法

摘    要:对航空发动机主轴疲劳寿命分析多采用EGD-3斯贝MK202发动机应力标准中提供的方法.以某涡轮轴为对象,基于EGD-3方法,分别采用查图和有限元法计算得到的应力集中系数进行寿命估算;利用应力修正系数法对主轴低周疲劳寿命分析,并将结果与传统名义应力法计算结果对比.结果表明:运用应力修正系数法估算主轴低周疲劳寿命结果与EGD-3查图结果相当,是可行的;在高低周载荷下,使用有限元法计算应力集中系数的EGD-3方法计算的主轴疲劳寿命更符合实验结果.

Abstract:Based on EDG-3 SPEY MK202 stressing standards, a main method was presented to study the fatigue life of aero-engine's principal shaft. In this paper, EGD-3 was used to predict the fatigue life of a turbine runner shaft. So, two methods were used to work out the stress concentration coefficient,one was looking up datum and the other was computed on the basis of finite element method (FEM);whilst the method of stress correction coefficient was used to estimate the low cycle life of shaft, then compared with the nominal stress method. The result shows that it is feasible to estimate the low circle fatigue life of principal shaft using the method of stress correction coefficient;and the result agrees well with that of EGD-3 using the stress concentration coefficient on the basis of FEM under the low cycle load.
