2024-T3铝合金孔板高低周复合疲劳试验研究

摘    要:对2034-T3铝合金孔板试件进行了高低周复合疲劳性能试验,研究高低周循环次数比对复合疲劳寿命的影响,建立了高低周循环次数和应力幅比与高低周复合疲劳寿命之间的关系式,并对现有损伤累积模型的适用性进行了分析讨论。试验和分析结果表明:随着高低周循环次数增大,复合疲劳寿命有显著的降低,复合疲劳寿命与高低周循环次数比呈对数线性关系。现有的累积损伤准则对试验结果的预测偏于危险,非线性累积损伤准则优于线性累积损伤准则。

Abstract:Fatigue tests of center hole specimens made by 2024-T3 aluminum alloy were conducted under combined major and minor cycles to investigate the influence of cycle ratio on fatigue life. The quantitative relationship between cycle ratio and fatigue life was proposed. The capability of current available fatigue damage cumulative models was discussed based on the test results. The results indicates that the fatigue life under combined low and high cycle fatigue reduced significantly with the increasing of cycle ratio. The relationship of fatigue life and cycle ratio shows good linearity in double logarithmic coordinates. All the currently damage cumulative models give un-conservative prediction on the test results, the results given by non-linear damage cumulative models are better than those given by linear models.
