密码子的数学模型与遗传信息的数字表达

摘    要:提出了生物学中的四种碱基(脆嘧啶C、尿嘧啶U、腺嘌呤A和乌嘌呤G)与易经中的四种“象”(太阳、少阴、少阳和太阴)之间一种新的对应方案。借助于该对应方案和引进的两个新算符,建立了遗传密码子的数学模型,并给出了碱基与密码子的一种数字表达方法。在此基础上,列出了一个带数字与异常译义的新遗传密码表。最后,就遗传信息载体的某些基本性质(例如互补性、同义性和摆动性)中可能存在的数字规则,进行了初步探索与讨论。

Abstract:A new correspondent research between the 4 alkali groups(C,U,A,G)in biology and the 4 Xiangs(TaiYang,ShaoYin,ShaoYang,TaiYing)in YiJing was proposed.By means of the correspondent reflex and two new operators introduced,a mathematical model of the genetic codons was formulated and a digital representation of the alkali bases and condons was derived in this paper.On this,a new genetic codon table containing digitals and different translations were presented.Then the digital rules which may exist in some substantial characters of the genetic information carriers,such as complementarity,synonymity and wobble ability were researched and discussed simplely.
