高职院校学报优质稿源开发的策略选择

在当前形势下,高职院校学报稿源出现了优质稿件偏少、专业类偏少、高职称稿件偏少、一年中稿件数量不均衡等问题。文章从办刊层次、办刊机制、办刊人财物支持等方面进行了分析,并有针对性地从学校、编辑部、编委会三个层面提出了一些建议。

Strategies of Attracting More Quality Contributions to Higher Vocational College Journals

The editorial staff often meet with the following difficulties in their editing and publishing of higher vocational college journals： fewer quality contributions, fewer contributions dealing with spe- cial fields, fewer contributions by authors with senior professional titles, and disproportionate numbers of contributions in the different periods of a year. To deal with these problems, the paper first makes an analysis of the three aspects of editing and publishing： the journal level, operating system, and man- power and capital support, and then proposes suggestions accordingly for the three sections involved in the editing and publishing of journals： the college, the editorial department and the editorial board.
