摘    要:进气道筒体纵向呈双S形曲度,分三块拉伸成形后,采用氩弧焊组合焊接;整个焊接组合件由筒体与角材连接(采用电阻缝焊和氩弧焊)而成。焊接时容易产生气孔、焊接变形和漏气,焊后整体气密检查困难,采用相应措施后,解决了上述问题。

Abstract:Cylinder of the air intake is longitudinal in the dual S - shaped curve. Argon - arc - welding is performed after it is stretch formed into 3 sections and the whole welded assembly is made up of cylinder connecting with angles (by resistance seam welding and argon - arc - welding) so it is a hard work to carry out the air tightness inspection for air holes as well as the deformed weld and air leakage generated during the performance of welding. In this paper, the author described how the above -mentioned problems were solved with corresponding measures.
