| 摘 要： | 房产管理软件中数据不直观 ,没有实现房产图形数据与属性数据的集成 ,与地产管理相对脱钩。本文从理论和实际应用中阐述了GIS技术在房地产市场管理中的综合使用 ,从根本上解决了目前房产和地产的管理软件相对脱离的情况 ,为房地产市场管理提供了现实管理意义

Application of GIS Technique in Real Estate Management |

| Abstract: | The data of house property management software ,which is undirect and is not comparatively related with land ,doesn't realize the integration of graph data and property data of house property. This paper theoretically and practically states GIS techenique synthetical use in real estate market management, radically solves the related independency of house property and land management software, supplies the earthy management for real estate management. |
