摘    要:通过红外、化学滴定和力学性能随时间的变化曲线,对比了2批力学性能差异较大的Ⅰ型自由基型端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)反应活性,并采用低温、常温的粘流曲线、玻璃化转变温度、密度等方法对结果进行了分析。结果表明,自由基型HTPB的3种循环结构单元顺式1,4结构、反式1,4结构和1,2结构的相对含量相当,而3种羟基类型α-乙烯基伯羟基、反式烯丙基伯羟基、顺式烯丙基伯羟基相对含量也相同,自由基型HTPB不存在反应活性的差异。

Abstract:Chemical reactivity of two batches of free radical type I hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) that has quite different mechanical properties are compared through FT-IR, chemical titration and curves of mechanical properties as a function of time.These parameters were analyzed using low temperature and room temperature viscous flow curves, glass transition temperature, density and other methods.It has been shown that the relative content of three loop structure unit on cis-1,4-structure,trans-1,4-structure and 1.2-structure of the radical type HTPB are close.Furthermore, the relative content of three hydroxyl type on α vinyl primary hydroxyl, trans and cis allyl hydroxyl are also close.There is no difference in reactivity of free radical type HTPBs.
