摘    要:纤维预制体的渗透性、孔穴或干斑的形成、残余应力的形成得影响成品质量的三个主要方面,本文对研究中存在的问题,进行了总结和评述。针对RTM工艺过程模拟中采用的控制方程,简要阐述了几种常用数值方法的特点。结合国内外RTM工艺过程数值模拟研究动态,指出了其发展方向。

Abstract:This paper presents a summary on studies of factors which influence the quality of finished parts based on permeability of fibrous preform, voids or dry spots and residual stress. According to governing equations used in the simulation of RTM process, advantages and disadvantages of several different numerical methods are briefly introduced. From the research trends at home and abroad, future development of the RTM process numerical simulation is also prospected.
