| 摘 要： | 本文以北华航天工业学院为例,就地方新建本科院校的应用型人才培养模式问题进行了分析、论述,培养应用型人才是地方新建本科院校的必然选择,厚基础是本专科的根本区别,多方向是应用型人才与学术型人才的不同之处,重实践是应用型人才培养的必然要求,产学研结合是培养应用型人才的必由之路。
