| Abstract: | The principle and development of a multi-way permeation tubes generator are introduced. The selection of permeation tube, the method of selecting fitting permeation tube and the structure of this device are described in detail. According to the validation in measurement, it is proved that the device has well accuracy and reliability in running. |
