| 摘 要： | 为降低飞机制造企业物料定额统计难度,避免工程更改无法及时处理造成缺件缺料影响生产进度或库存物资的堆积.提出了一种在PDM和ERP系统间物料定额信息集成管理的解决方案.该方按照共享物料定额信息模型的描述方法,通过建立SBOMK中间数据库,实现了飞机物料定额信息在异构系统间的集成.在PDM既有的功能基础上加以二次开发,实现了对飞机物料定额信息产生过程的管理,确保了数据的准确性.

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the complication in material ration statistics and make quite rapid reaction when an engineering change happens for aircraft manufacturing enterprises,an integration management solution for material ration information between PDM(product data management)systems and ERP fenterprise resource planning)systems was proposed.Based on the description of an information model of material ration,the material ration information was integrated between two systems by creating the a neutral database of SBOMR.Generation processes of material ration can be controlled via customization based on the systems original function so as to keep rigid accurate. |
