摘    要:利用CFD软件对五种不同拓扑三维燃料—空气快速混合喷嘴进行了数值计算;应用两相流模型和RNGk-ε湍流模型,描述了快速混合喷嘴内两相流动过程。计算得出5种拓扑燃料—空气交叉射流喷嘴中湍流强度分布、总压损失系数、在流向方向各个截面温度分布和出口径向温度分布、出口速度分布和出口径向质量分布系数。通过对这些数据的分析,结果表明,射流下游添加肋结构可以有效增强混合气的快速形成,肋添加越多,对燃料的破碎和燃料—空气的混合越有利。

Abstract:The jet crossing-flow nozzles in five topology styles with rapid mixing were simulated numerically using CFD software,and the processes of these flow were described in two phase flow model and RNG viscous model.The turbulence intensity distributing of these nozzles、coefficient of the total pressure loss、the distribution of the outlet radial temperature and temperature of every slip in X-axis、the distribution of radial velocity and the distribution coefficient of radial mass at the exit were computed using these methods.Through data analysis,the results show that ribs can promote mixture formmation,and the more baffles in the jet backward stream,the better mixing we can expect.
