计量仪器的假设检验

摘    要:运用数理统计中假设检验的基本原理,对工作实践中遇到的计量仪器检测质量的比较检验问题提出了完整的解决方案,即首先进行分布的假设检验和方差的假设检验,确定均值检验的前提条件满足与否,在此基础上再进行均值的假设检验。该方案在一定程度上避免了以前采用的不检验方差条件的单一均值检验法在仪器检测质量的评定过程中可能导致的错误结论。通过实例验证了该方案的有效性,具有重要的实践意义。

Abstract:Based on the fundamental principle of hypothesis testing in mathematical statistics, a complete scheme is proposed. The scheme is aimed at to solve the measure capability's compared testing of measurement instrument. Distribution hypo testing and variance hypo testing are done firstly. The purpose is to confirm whether the precondition of mean hypo testing is sufficient or not. Then the test of mean is done. On a certain extent, the scheme avoids the mistake conclusion caused by the single test of mean, in which the test of variance isn't done. An actual example is given and the result shows the scheme is effective. The scheme has important applied significance.
