| 摘 要： | 党的执政能力建设是党执政后的一项根本建设。建国59年来,党的几代领导集体都十分重视和着力加强党的执政能力建设,取得了一定的成效。新时期党的执政能力建设应树立科学发展的执政理念,强化以人为本的执政意识;完善党的领导方式,创新党的领导方法;提高党员干部的综合素质,增强党员干部的执政本领和加强党风廉政建设,切实遏制腐败现象的蔓延。
