基于约瑟夫森效应的交流电压标准研究

摘    要:叙述了基于约瑟夫森效应的交流电压标准的原理、实现方法以及主要不确定度来源,并对波形合成法和脉冲调制法两种实现方法所得到的交流电压标准性能进行比较。波形合成法适用于建立低频计量标准,脉冲调制法适用于高频计量标准。

Abstract:This paper describes the principle, realization methods of AC voltage standard based on Josephson effect and sources of uncertainty. The performance of AC voltage standard using the methods of synthesis waveforms and pulse-driven is compared. The AC voltage standard using the methods of synthe- sis waveforms is applicable to establish low-frequency metrology standard and using the methods of pulse- driven is applicable to establish high-frequency metrology standard.
