电子设备用冷板散热特性的二维数值模拟

摘    要:冷板是当前最常用的一种电子设备散热方式,虽然冷板的温度分布是个典型的三维导热型问题,但人们普遍关心的是冷板加热面、冷却面的二维温度分布情况。本文首先对单片冷板的散热特性进行了分析,在此基础上建立起相应的数学模型和微分控制方程组。通过将电子设备发热量、对流散热量及厚度方向上的导热量当成冷板的内热源,将复杂的三维问题简化为二维问题,并进行了数值模拟。计算结果与实验结果吻合良好,为复杂模型的简化计算提供了参考。

Abstract:Ventilated rib is widely used in cooling electronic equipments.And its heat transfer is a typical 3-D conduction problem,but the temperature profiles of the heating and cooling faces are commonly concerned.Based on qualitative analyses on cooling characteristics of a ventilated rib,the corresponding mathematical model and the control equations are established.By regarding the heat produced by electronic equipments,convection and conduction along the thickness of the ventilated rib as an interior heat source term.The complex 3-D differential equations are simplified as 2-D equations and the numerical simulation is carried out.Calculational results are good agreement with the experimental data.
