低温风洞新形式——换热引射式低温风洞

摘    要:提出了一种新的低温风洞形式-换热引射式低温风洞。这种风洞比连续式低温风洞可以减少投资经费,比引射式低温风洞可以降低运转费用。风洞主要采用了换热器回收大量的风洞排出的低温气体来加热引射气流。经计算分析表明,这种形式风洞的液氮消耗量不仅远低于引射式低温风洞,甚至在很多运行工况低于连续式低温风洞。若能解决参数控制等问题,预计具有良好的应用前景。

A new type of cryogenic tunnel-injection cryogenic tunnel with heat exchanger

Abstract:A new type of cryogenic tunnel, i.e. injection cryogenic tunnel with heat exchanger, is presented in this paper. Compared with the continuous cryogenic tunnel and the injection cryogenic tunnel, it can reduce initial fund and save operational cost, respectively. It utilizes a heat exchanger to recollect large amounts of cold exhaust from wind tunnel circuit. The computational analysis has shown that the liquid nitrogen consumption for this type of wind tunnel is far less than that for the injection cryogen tunnel, even less than the continuous cryogenic tunnel in most work conditions. So if its related parameters can be controlled properly, excellent application prospects can be anticipated.
