大型连续式跨声速风洞热交换器概述

摘    要:随着大飞机项目的启动,大型连续式跨声速风洞在国内的设计与建设已处于十分重要的时期,而作为其关键部段之一的热交换器一直是风洞设计人员关注的焦点。首先对热交换器在大型连续式跨声速风洞中的作用进行了阐述,然后介绍了国外几座典型的大型连续式跨声速风洞应用热交换器的情况,综合比较了两种热交换器的内部结构特征与性能优势,分析了热交换器在连续式跨声速风洞回路中的几种可能布局,总结出一种最优方案。最后,就国内大型连续式跨声速风洞热交换器的设计提出了几点参考意见。

A review of heat exchanger study for large-scale continuous transonic wind tunnels

Abstract:Along with the initiation of the large transport project, it is very crucial for the design and con struction of large-scale continuous transonic wind tunnel in China, especially for its heat exchanger. This paper first addresses the role of the heat exchanger in continuous wind tunnels. Then, its applications into several classical large-scale transonic tunnels abroad are introduced. The internal structure characteristics and performance advantages for two kinds of heat exchanger are compared. A few possible arrangements in the tunnel circuit are analyzed. An optimum arrangement scheme is obtained. In the end, several proposals for domestic heat exchanger design of the continuous transonic wind tunnels are given.
