电热破膜激波管及其PLIF测量系统的研制

摘    要:探讨了用Nd:YAG脉冲激光器作为泵浦光源对激波管内瞬态非定常流场进行平面激光诱导荧光(Planar laser induced fluorescence,PLIF)测量的时序同步问题。由于该激光器需要预热以获得稳定的倍频输出,作者研制了低压大电流的电热破膜装置,实现对激波产生时机的控制。在大尺寸矩形截面的激波管上搭建了PLIF测量平台,并在此平台上进行了丙酮示踪流场显示和氢氧基分布测量。

Development of an electro-heating diaphragm rupture structure and PLIF measurement system for a shock tube

Abstract:Timing synchronization of Nd:YAG-laser-pumped planar laser induced fluorescence measurements for shock tube experiments is discussed. As the pump laser should warm up to acquire stable double-frequency output, an electro-heating diaphragm bursting structure to control the shock arrival time to optical window was developed. A PLIF measurement platform was established for a large-inner-dimension rectangular shock tube, in which measurements of acetone flow visualization and OH radical distribution was conducted.
